Returns Eligibility

Pawbby only supports returns on Smart Litter Boxes and does not support returns on products other than litter boxes for Pawbby.com.

Pawbby's Smart Litter Box Return Policy:
1. Purchased directly through pawbby.com may be returned within sixty (60) days of receipt for a full refund.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3.Only supports the return and exchange for Smart Litter Boxes purchased from the Pawbby.com website.( If you’ve purchased your Pawbby product through a third-party retailer, you must coordinate the return directly with that retailer.)

Pawbby's smart litter box return process:

1.To start a return, you can contact us at support@pawbby.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.We do not accept responsibility for return shipments without an RMA number.
2. If your return request is accepted, Prepare and package your item to return. Please mail the item to our designated return address. Units returned in unclean conditions may be subject to a $75 cleaning fee deducted from your refund.
3. About return shipping cost:
If the return shipping cost is due to Pawbby sending the wrong product corresponding to the order or if the product is damaged in transit, then Pawbby will bear the return shipping cost. Otherwise, all will be returned at the customer's own expense.
4.Receive your refund. Once your unit is received, we will process and issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Once processed, your bank or credit card holder is responsible for applying it to your account, which may take up to 30 days.

No returns or exchanges are available for products other than the Smart Litter Box. If Pawbby sends the wrong product or if the product is damaged in transit, the user needs to contact us the first time after receiving the package, and Pawbby will resend the product to the user after we verify that it is correct. The original product needs to be mailed back to the address specified in the email and Pawbby will cover the return shipping cost.
